Kid's Page

Registration for the 2008 Summer Reading Progam "Go For the Gold" will begin on Tuesday, June 3rd.

Note: We follow the school calendar, so if there is no school, there will be no programs.

When schools are closed due to bad weather the library will also be closed.

Finger Frolics ~ Friday mornings from 10:30-11:00

This program is for babies and toddlers up to age 3 and their care givers. We have songs, finger plays, nursery rhymes and more.

2008 Summer Reading Program

Go for the Gold

Open to all children from preschoolers up through 6th grade. Registration begins June 2nd and will end June 21st. The reading program will begin on June 23rd and run through August 9th. All reading records need to be in on Saturday, August 9th to be counted. Our pizza party will be on Saturday, August 16th at noon.

Library Olympics

In recognition of the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing we'll be having our own "Library Olympics" during the summer reading program. As children sign up for the program they'll be assigned a team and each week on Thursdays from 3:30-4:30 we'll have special activities for the children to participate in.
